Charli D'Amelio

Charli Grace D'Amelio (/d@'mIlioUor d@-MI-leeoh; born on May 1, 2004) is a popular American social media personality. She was a dancer who competed for 10 years prior to embarking on her journey into social media in 2019, when she started posting dance videos on the platform for video sharing TikTok. She quickly amassed a large audience and then became the most followed creator on the site in March of 2020. She was surpassed by Khaby Lame at the end of summer 2022. The debut feature film of D'Amelio was her role as voice actor in the animated feature film StarDog TurboCat and was released in 2020. Since 2021, she has been a part-time actress in the D'Amelio series which is which is a Hulu documentary series, as well as Charli vs. Dixie, an Snap Original reality series. D'Amelio has won Dancing with the Stars 30th season in 2022 too together with Mark Ballas. Also, she's published two books, created an audio podcast, and developed an assortment of nail polish. Some of her other projects include a clothing line, makeup line, mattresses, a multi-product company and an apparel line. She's the only person ever to have both 50 million and a 100 million TikTok customers. Forbes states that D'Amelio is the most-paid female TikTok personality of between 2019 and 2022.
